About Us

  I am Katherine Hosie and I specialise in Executive Coaching, with a strong focus on Leadership Coaching and Ethics. 

  I've been coaching intensively since 2003, with over 5000 hours of direct experience. 

  I am President of the International Coach Federation, Australasia. My primary experience is coaching senior executives in the private sector and Australian public service. I am comfortable working with strong individuals and 'abrasive' personalities. My clients include executives in the Banking & Finance, Legal, Consulting, Pharmaceutical, Media, Science & Technology sectors, inter alia. I have a structured approach to measuring results and a straightforward approach with my clients.

My qualifications and experience include:

- BEd Adult Ed (HRD major)

- Professional Certified Coach (PCC), International Coach Federation (ICF)

- Master Certified Coach, Behavioural Coaching Institute

- Director of Professional Development, International Coach Federation (ICF) Australasia (2009-2011)
