I don’t do anything by accident.

My coaching philosophy starts with unconditional positive regard for my clients as the foundation.

Psychological safety creates an environment that enables honesty. A client once told me that he was more honest with me than with himself, and I’ve heard similar comments many times. I believe this is because whilst I have strong judgment, I will not judge you. There’s a massive difference.

I believe in working with who you are at core, and through that developing the most authentic, values-driven and strengths-based leaders possible. There are a number of reasons for this, but essentially it’s about maximizing efficiency and harnessing your most intrinsic motivation.

If you’re interested in discovering your most authentic, powerful self as a leader and leaning into that with everything you do, then that’s what I do best.

And if you’d like to hear more about the evidence and coaching psychology supporting my approach just let me know.
