At Powerhouse Coaching, Katherine Hosie‘s CEO Coaching supports leaders navigating compound volatility and complex executive challenges.
In a world increasingly described not as VUCA but BANI, CEOs must learn to lead through brittleness, anxiety, non-linearity, and incomprehensibility with steadiness and precision.
There is a difference between conventional (“filtered”) CEOs and (“unfiltered”) Founder CEOs. If you are a Founder CEO, this page is for you, as well as the Founder Coaching page.
There is a gap between what CEO Coaching is perceived to be, and what it can actually achieve, which I will share below.
Who CEO Coaching Is For: Ambitious, growth-oriented leaders navigating the increasing complexity of their roles. Whether you’re steering an established organization through transformation, or leading a startup through rapid growth, this coaching is designed to support you in achieving clarity, resilience, and sustained leadership impact.
Coaching Approach: Katherine Hosie brings over 20,000 hours of coaching experience, combining evidence-based methodologies with a deep understanding of leadership psychology. Her approach is strategic, rational, and empathetic, focusing on sustainable growth and authenticity.
Some of the Many Benefits of CEO Coaching:
Whilst some coaching engagements are limited due to organizational constraints, the ideal CEO Coaching engagement is 9-12 months. This is sufficient for us to understand you, your organization, and your needs. We will diagnose core areas for growth, establish new approaches, and recover from inevitable regression to create anti-fragility. My motive is that you sustain your growth long-term, with or without me, so the structures and habits we create will support you.
The best CEO Coaching engagements become richer over time as trust deepens. Our relationship may be uninterrupted or resurrected over the years as your needs and challenges evolve.
Our work together may be only with you. It may also include shadowing where I observe your leadership in real-time, 360 feedback, and stakeholder interviews.
Many CEOs find it immensely valuable to have me meet their C-Suite to understand motivations, strengths, and weaknesses. This increases our shared context and ability to diagnose and strengthen your leadership team and organization’s results. Whilst optional, this is a process I strongly recommend. If you are interested in potentially including your C-Suite as part of your coaching engagement, either partially or fully, this C-Suite Coaching page is also for you.
